Customer Reviews

Homeworld 25 This is a cool game. Nice graffics... There are some differences to the original. In the first you could steal ships by salvaging them (use cloaking ship to hide salvage ship), now in Homeworld 2 you have to capture by boarding them... its harder to do. There are mods you can get to add ships, bigger and more powerful. You can also link two or more computers to play against other people... My kids and I play this way. Best. Game. Ever.5 This game is one of the best RTS games I've ever played. the Graphics may be a little outdated but the gameplay more than makes up for it. I don't know how many times I built up a fleet, hyperspaced my fleet to the enemy's doorstep when their fleet is attacking my ally, and wipe them out. The controls are quick to learn, and very intuitive. The sounds make me feel like I'm almost in the battle myself, and the music score is good, but not the best I've ever heard. Very good game. Highly recommended. Homeword 2: good strategy game4 This is a good-looking, smooth-player 3-D space fleet combat game. It looks better than the first Homeworld. I've played it for a few hours, and it's a fun game, but the plotline so far is a little rigid. We'll see how the rest of it goes.
