Great Game but not without issues
I tried the trial version of
this game and really enjoyed it. I purchased the game and have been
trying to play it. The graphics are great, the program is very realistic
in its response to commands. I am a retired U.S. Coast Guard Chief
Bosn's Mate so I have experience in what to expect from throttle, rudder
and bow thruster commands.
My issue with this game is technical.
I am operating a brand new Dell with a Intel I7 chip, 6GB of Ram, and a
1TB HD. I have a new video card on order to see if that will make the
situation better. The installation was a problem, it finnally installed
on the 4th attempt.
This game loves to crash! I have to
constantly save the game I am playing to make sure I don't lose any
data. (What is funny is that the trial version did not crash at all! Go
Figure?)
The tech support forum is of very little help.
