Customer Reviews

A NOT SO GOOD AND BORING GAME2 Let me start by saying that I am by far not a critique of games.I am a average 48 yr. old person who likes to play video games. When I heard this game was being released on November 2nd I had this strong desire to get this game. After all it's "James Bond".I have played and I own every James Bond game that came out in every game format possible.Though I favor PC games.I ran down to the local gamestore with my last $50 in my wallet.I went home feeling I had conquered another game fantasy,I took a long nap,and at 10:pm I decided it was time to have the greatest game play I had ever played...Well,after 3 hrs I was not convinced that I had made a good choice. The next day after going to school and coming home, getting a bite to eat,and dealing with my real life,it was time to play again.Well about 10:pm I fired up my Pc. Everthing went smooth as glass.By 3:am my fantasy was over, dissapointed and totally mad at myself for spending $50 on a worthless game.In my opinion,It's worthy of maybe $10..Here's why..graphics are by far not the best.Story line is quite boring, and where are all the beutiful Bond women?.. I never hear the woman's famous line "Ohhh James"! What happened to the puzzle that I was suppose to solve..well I know where..It's on Bond's "smartphone..yes the phone is smarter than Bond..The phone gave me the answer when I thought I was lost,it gave me ANY AND ALL answers to what I was looking for..Oh by the way,did I mention the cover art on the case was better than the game?.Well yes folks the cover art is better, but not worth the paper it's printed on.To be absolutely honest with everyone, the only fun parts about the game are the driving skills you need between each level, fast cars and the only good graphics of the game.Anyway, I gave one star for the game being good, meaning it was good enough to use as mini frisbee or a chew toy for my dog.I gave a 2nd star for the driving that I had to do,since what little skill is needed,is perfect for a 4 yr.old on a tricycle...Let me mention one more thing, whoever buys this game and has a fantasy in waiting should just forget about it.Wait till the games goes down next to nothing, and then consider having bad feelings from then on..Either way I will add this game to my James Bond collection, and hope that someday the real James Bond will come back and fullfill my Bond Fantasy..As for now, I will suck up the $50 I paid, and chalk it up to just another game that will do my dusting for me..My last insult goes to the person or persons who designed this game.Stop doing terrible things to the game industry, get a better job maybe it will be there that you find someone that will enjoy what you do,whatever it is that you do or DON'T DO!!!!! This game is a hidden gem5 This game is absolutely freakin amazing. If you're a james bond fan you will love this game. Its extremely action packed and the missions are spectacular. I really wish there were more games like this. The melees are awesome as well and there's tons of random ones where you snap a guys neck or just hit him with a beautiful right hook. bond really comes to life and moves with purpose. I'm amazed such a small studio made this game. This game is exciting as hell. Make sure you got a dual core cpu and at least a GTS 250 vid card. Or a little less and play on medium specs. I had to turn down my game specs very slightly for it to run beautifully. if you want to nit pick the textures could be a little better but it runs smooth. The story line is good not great but you probably wont care when you're breaking arms and necks and whatnot. Well done game makers.
